Fick svar på mitt klagomejl från West Midlands (3 veckor tog det)

Gillar speciellt biten med "Award winning partnership". ALLT är award winning. Osten jag köpte häromdagen var Award winning. Varenda jävla öl är award winning. Precis allt är awardwinning i något sammanhang.

Också bra att chauffören PÅMINNER de som eventuellt ombordstiger med en tänd cigg i handen att det EJ ÄR TILLÅTET att röka ombord. Men skitsamma nu. Jag är ju som en satkärring med allt för mycket dödtid! Egentligen tycker jag det är både spännande och inspirerande såklart.

I am very concerned that you saw someone taking drugs and smoking on our
bus services. I understand that this is very offensive and I apologise for
any upset you were caused.

Anti-social behaviour of this sort is unlawful and we are determined to
play our part in stamping it out. We have increased our covert police
operations and we have upgraded the CCTV systems in use on our buses. This
is helping us to identify the services most at risk and enables us to focus
our resources more effectively.

Our driver will also remind anyone boarding a bus whilst smoking that they
are not allowed to smoke and will refuse boarding if the cigarette is not
put out. It is more difficult if someone starts to smoke once they are on
board because our drivers must not leave their cab. In these circumstances,
they must either radio their garage or submit an incident form on return to
the garage.

Some years ago we created an award winning partnership with West Midlands
Police called Safer Travel. I have passed your observations on to the team
at Safer Travel. They focus on crime and anti-social behaviour and bring
private prosecutions whenever appropriate to combat these problems. In

Nu kommer jag sova gott till det citatet. 5 år har jag på mig kan man säga, och jag kommer lida varje jävla dag tills jag bestämmer mig för att jag inte står ut med tanken på att inte ge skrivandet en ärlig chans. Och under tiden pyssla med mina fruktansvärda, hemska jobb. Tiden kommer. Det knakar redan.
